Bonita Smulski-Bizeau

Bonita is a highly trained and certified Iyengar instructor, having completed her 200-hour Iyengar Yoga Teacher training in 2014, her 500-hour Iyengar Yoga Teacher training in 2017, and her 250-hour Advanced Iyengar Yoga Teacher training in 2021.

Her goal is to teach lyengar yoga with compassion and integrity to all students regardless of age, ability, or health status, helping them experience the transformational qualities inherent in a (daily) yoga practice.
