Pam Brown
Pam Brown has focused on her passion, yoga, after retiring from the business world. She earned her 200 hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training certification in 2013 and went on to get her 500 level certification in 2019. Her training began with the strong emphasis Iyengar style, then added Hatha, Viniyoga, vinyasa and Ashtanga. Pam settled on a modified Hatha style with deep roots in Iyengar alignment beliefs.
As a teacher, Pam stresses injury prevention and body awareness through Iyengar-style modifications and a focus onanatomy. This method works for beginners and beyond. Safe and gentle strengthening that promotes mobility throughout our lives.
Pam has been working with seniors for more than 25 years and loves teaching them.
