Pam Brown
Pam Brown teaches Hatha mat yoga with emphasis on strengthening to promote balance and healthy joints. This method works well for beginners and beyond. She earned her YA 500 level Teacher Training certification from the 8 Limbs Yoga studios in Seattle, WA. She studied with several internationally acclaimed teachers, including Viniyoga’s Gary Krafstow, Insight Yoga’s Sarah Powers (Yin) and more in a studio setting. She welcomes beginners, as well as more experienced yogis who might prefer to take their time while working deeply in asana practices.
