Chris has over 16 years of fitness experience, a Masters in Exercise Science and Wellness, and is a Certified Personal Trainer. She works with individual clients and teaches many classes, including yoga in Sun City West. With a background in post rehab she finds it important to listen to your body as well as continuing to move and stay active as a preventative measure. Her personal motto is “Positive lives through exercise.” This, mixed in with a little dark chocolate and peanut butter, and all is well.
