CHRIS CAVALETTO

Chris Cavaletto has been in the fitness and wellness industry since 2000.

 

She loves teaching to educate about the body and the fascial tissue in a fun way.  Chris teaches a variety of modalities like yoga, foam rolling, cycling, and total body conditioning.

 

With a background in post-rehab, Chris finds it important to listen to your body as well as continuing to move and stay active as preventative measures.  

 

Chris has a Master’s Degree in Exercise science, is a Certified Health Coach, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Spin Instructor, and has completed the 200-hour YTT.
