Chris has over 16 years of fitness experience, a Masters Degree in Exercise Science and Wellness, and is a Certified Personal Trainer. She works with individual clients and teaches many classes, including yoga and self-myofascial release in Sun City West. With a background in post-rehabilitation, Chris finds it important to listen to one's body, as well as continuing to move and stay active as a preventative measure. Her personal motto is, “Positive lives through exercise.” This, mixed with a little dark chocolate and peanut butter, and all is well.
