Tai Chi
Tai chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. Every movement has both a martial and a physical health aspect to it, and practicing Tai Chi enhances grace, coordination, stimulation of both sides of the brain, fluid movement, focus, stability, balance and strength as well as breath control.
BEGINNER LEVEL

About the Instructor
Donna Bruno received her Tai Chi Black Belt and Rank Certification from United Martial Arts while training at Zen Wellness. This journey is marked with belts of various colors, and the student must demonstrate proficiency at each level in order to advance. This journey typically takes 2 1/2 years of training. Donna is listed in the United Martial Arts Registration site both as a Qigong instructor and Black Belt holder.
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in and tennis shoes or sneakers. It would also be a good idea to bring water, since we do live in the desert.
